Do I give Jack the files?

Jack demands immediate access to the files, and you can either give them to her right away or tell her to settle in first. Either decision results in the last morality points for the mission.

Jack has many reasons to hate Cerberus, but she still helps with Shepard's mission, so long as they help her first and gain her loyalty. If you humor Jack by giving her access to Cerberus files and speak with her enough, she'll eventually tell Shepard of her past where Cerberus was involved and give you the mission.

Talk to Jack

To unlock this quest, you'll need to have completed the Horizon Mission and then spoken to both Jacob and Miranda to unlock their Loyalty Missions. Once you've done that, complete any Mission, DLC or N7 Side Quest and Jack will want to speak with you.

Jack was abducted as an infant by Cerberus operatives in 2165 from Eden Prime, although it is unknown whether that was her birthplace. Cerberus' motives pertained to her newly discovered biotic potential, a result of accidental exposure to element zero in the womb.

According to the Shadow Broker's agent, Kohaku had been hired by them to obtain these files from Cerberus but died in the process. Now, the Shadow Broker wants to trade the info in return for some credits. If Shepard complies, they'll receive Renegade points as well. Refuse, and Shepard will get Paragon points instead.

If you upgraded the Normandy's Armor, Jack will survive. If DIDN'T upgrade the Normandy's Armor, Jack will die.

When Miranda's loyaly mission becomes available, hold off on doing it until after Jack's has been unlocked. After doing Jack's mission, take Jack's side in the argument. Next do Miranda's mission and her loyalty will be back.

Can you Romance Jack as a female?
